For the sake of product characteristics and hygiene considerations, once an order is sold, no returns, exchanges or refunds are supported (including but not limited to consumable items such as pens, paper and folders).
2. Explanation of Exceptional cases
If the goods you receive have any of the following problems, please contact customer service (cyclatory@fkewoffice.com) within 24 hours after receipt and provide evidence (such as photos/videos) :
Transportation damage: Obvious damage occurs to the goods during the distribution process.
Wrong delivery/missed delivery: The actual goods do not match or are missing from the order.
Quality issue: The product has non-human-induced production defects (a quality inspection report must be attached).
We will reissue the goods for you or provide a voucher as compensation depending on the situation (the specific plan is subject to communication with customer service).
3. User Notes
Check the order information: When placing an order, please confirm the model, quantity and delivery address of the product.
Inspection and signature for receipt: It is recommended to inspect the integrity of the product’s appearance on the spot. Signing for receipt is regarded as an acceptance of the product’s condition.
Customized products: Personalized customized products (such as notebooks printed with logos) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
